swapmagic tools arnt working well!!

i have the swapmagic, and i just got it, i put two of the three tools in , and the third one is hard to put in , that third tool is different then what is in the picture at swapmagic3.com and i am just messing the heck out of it trying to find the sweet spot which is not so sweet to me. any help is gladly appreciated, and this is really making me mad, i was hoping that this thing would work , but all it is doing is making my day bad .

first of all you need to say which ones you have in and which one isn't then we can help. second don't play with it too much if you're not sure, you might kill it.

Always live in the now... you never know when you won''t wake up. I own swap magic version 3.6 and use dvd decrypter and alcohol 120%.

its cool dude i just opened the ps2 and just taped the switch that i couldnt get with the tool(c) works like a dream, only took me a couple of hours.

but my new problem is trying to copy games, i use DVD Decrypter ,and i dont know how to copy a game that doesnt lag, i copy it at 2.4 speed and i dont know which of the two files to get, i copied gtasa
