You need to change your hard drive format to nfts.
You currently using FAT32 which doesnt support large files.
Files over 4gb
Got to start and run and type:
CMD
type in at c prompt... convert d: /fs:ntfs/v

I am trying to change the hard drive format to NFTS. It says that the (C;) file is already formatted that way. I needed to format the (D:) drive b/c thats what has FAT32 on it. I go to command prompt and type "convert d: /fs:ntfs" It says enter current volume level for drive d: I don't know what to enter.
PLEASE HELP ME FAST!!!!
IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Label it whatever your d: drive was before then.
'click the properties of your d: drive in my computer'
Whatever is in the box is the 'label' of drive.
If its blank when converting just press enter(dont enter a label).
Once its done converting you can re-label the name from
thge same 'properties' menu
Hope this helps

Before I try that, I just went to My Computer, and right clicked on the D drive "hp-recovery" and i went to the option of format and selected NFTS as filesystem..It said it would delete all the files if i changed.. Does this mean that it is only for my recovery info? Is it still okay to do the dos program thing?

That would mean you only have one drive that had system information
Partitioned on to a d: sector.
If it is a SEPERATE HDD i would convert it.
If it is one partitioned Hard drive you could just remove the partition.

I don't understand what your saying. That is the only D: labeled drive in My Computer. What should I do again? (in easier words)
Thanks for staying with me by the way.

If d: is a system recovery drive,
Most likely it is NOT a seperate HDD.
Most likely it is a partition of your c: drive.
(which can be either fat32 or nfts).
As long as your not running an older windows
on the d: drive.
I would format it.
(If you are running split os on the system running anything
below windows 2000 on drive d: then i wouldnt convert it).
I believe it was a pre-installed recovery device partitioned
off of your existing c: drive.
Either way as long as your running windows 2000 or better you
should be fine.

But it says if i format it than it will DELETE the files on that folder...WHen I open the folder it says Warning!
This area of your hard disk
(or partition) contains files used
for your system recovery.
Do not delete or alter these files.
Any change to this partition could
prevent any recovery later.
Should I still do it ..What will happen to the files?

The files will be deleted.
The only other choice is to use the c: drive if its nfts format.

you will have to open DVD Decrypter, right click the Phillips drive, look at the DVDD drop down menu and follow it to the bottom of the choices and click on the firmware upgrade link. If DVDD finds an upgrade for you, use it.

using fat32 doesnt make a blind bit of difference when using DVD Decrypter,as long as you have the space on the hardrive, you can copy games over 4gb,
you need to make sure you are selecting the mds file, and NOT the iso,
if the burner is saying media not present,a firmaware upgrade, like suggested,is needed,
although this is not gauranteed to solve the problem of the burner not recognising the disks,
only use officail firmware, flashing the drive with firmware from an unofficial source is risky
