Can we now refresh the TOC without using cdloader with SM 3.6?

I have this problem with the 3.3's when wanting to play Rumble fish. To play this I must use cdloader too it's pretty annouying.

I know that, but the site said no v12 you'l still get the invalid message. Unless I read it wrong.

i use a v1 ps2, and i got invalid ps2 disc when iused TOC refresh 4 bloodrayne 2. Is this suppose to happen? or did i miss any step during th etoc refresh?
