Hello,

Hope you can help with this problem. Tried to copy Once Upon A Time in the West. Halfway thru the encryption stage an error message appeared: "data error cyclic redundancy check". What does this mean? Is there a way around it, so that I can copy the disk. Using Nero Express & dvd shrink 3.2.

That usually means there is a scratch on the disc or it is dirty. Try cleaning it.
