i paid for the up grade after 30 days on free trail ended .cannot get the paid for version registration key,have e-mailed dvdidle.com but they only send a attachment which for some reason my compluter will open but i keed getting messages that trail version will or has expired can any one help

you shoulnt of paid for DVD43 as its a free software.check out www.DVD43.com/ official web site you can download version 3.5.3 for free
