used intervideo copy 3 to copy "phaton of the opera" everything went well but, when i try to play the copy, there was no sound. i did main movie only/removed audio but english/ removed all subtitles. this happened three times. help, thanks

Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

Some programs have problems if you pull out the first audio track. Maybe that's it. Other than that, I don't know.
