I was trying to burn Troy and while Shrink was encoding it, it encountered an error of some sort. I don't have the exact message but DVD Decrypter worked but then the files were about 6 gigs and wouldnt open in Shrink so i couldnt sompress them. I am trying to use Shrink again. Anyone else expierence this? Or anyone know how to fix it?

I have backed up Troy twice using DVD Shrink, Decrypter and Nero Recode with no problems. Take a look at the guides in my sig by Scuba Pete and bbmayo these may help you.

make sure your drive is defragmented....however its possible that your source dvd has errors.Ive recently ripped 'screamers' to my hd, decrypter did the ripping, all the files were ripped...but when played in shrink (the bit where it previews when analysing) were either green screen, black screen or coloured pixels.Try another dvd after trying arniebears advice.

Nevermind I tried it again with Shrink and it ran fine. I copied it. Thanks anyway!
