PS1 Backups With Swap Magic???

Is there ANY way to get PS1 backups working with Swap Magic? I went and backed up my whole bloody collection before realising that they don't boot! Any suggestions please....

use gameshark for the ps1 to boot them, thats the only way that I know how.
