Hey all, i'm trying to compress Battle Royale but it's not small enough on automatic compression in DVD Shrink for some reason. I'm trying to just compress all the extras further with the Custom Ratio drop down thing but i can get it to actually use the numbers i type in.

What's the dealio?

I'd like to keep all the special features and such too.

the lowest number you can use is the one you get by sliding the slider to the left.

Try running the movie through Shrink twice.

I've just tried this and the slider is always all the way to the left. The ratio is at around 55% - 60% and always all the way to the left.

Thanks for the suggestion, anyone else know what's up?

fasfrank already gave you your answer. DVD Shrink can only compress your files to a certain point. That point is the number indicated by the slider when it's all the way to the left.

Your only options(that I know of) are....
split it to 2 discs
run it through shrink a second time
use an actual encoder like cce not a transcoder like Shrink
