hi i burned midnight club 3 and it was working fine until one day it didnt get past the playstation 2 screen, ive even tryed copying it but still no progress. dos anyone have any suggestions?

Im suprised it worked at all. as far as I am aware your PS2 has to be chipped to play copied games (you didnt state whether it has been or not) I could be wrong, so feel free to correct me on this.

Your ps2 has to be modified in someway to play ripped games. I have a friend that works at EB Games and he tells me the amount of people that come in with PS2's that have been modified wrong that end up being totally useless to all games and dvds. Once that ps2 is open, all warranty from sony is gone because of the thing on the back of the console is open/ripped.

sorry yes my ps2 is chipped, i was thinking it may be sumthing to do with not inserting the mds file?

cheapo media can cause problems later in life! they degrade, try ripping to HD and se if it does?
