Been using DVD shrink no probs to then put in region 1 DVD (I'm in region4 ) as I have done before without problem and up pops box asking to confrim region which I did then get mess" request could not be peformed because of I/O device error. Checked region settings and it is "not selected" changed to region 4 and would not let me said I required administrator rights rebooted in safe mode (XP Home) in administrator still would not let me change to region 4 got same mess. Will not let me play or back up any DVD's at all that are region specific. I still have 5 times to change region code DVD drive is LG GSA 4120B. What can I do any help would be appreciated

If you don't want to mess with the region settings - ripp it first with DVD Decrypter to your hard disk or use www.DVD43.com in the background while your process this DVD.
