Using DVD Shrink to back up my VDV sometimes there are several titles under the main movie, ie. title1, title2,title3 etc
How do I chose the best one and also what is the differences ?

rule of thumb
2 titles same size = movie 4:3 + movie 16:9 click on it and look in the preview window to decide

2 titles different size = movie + movie with directors cut

use the preview window to see what audio goes with the title as well

Thanks but are there any more rules of thumb in chosing which is best to pick other than watching the whole thing in the preview window?

You don't have to watch the whole thing in the preview window. You just see in the window which is 4:3 and which is 16:9. Basically you are choosing whether you want full sreen or widescreen or in some cases directors cut.
