Hello people.
Does anyone know how to make a PLAYABLE backup of Ghost Recon 2 ?
I've tried burning it the way I allways make backups, READ with DVD Decrypter to my HD, then I WRITE it also with DVD Decrypter at 2x (2.1). Normally it's quite easy and without further problems. I have a PStwo (PAL) with Swap Magic 3.3 and Magic Switch. But when I try to boot my Ghost Recon 2 backup, the screen turns black for a moment, then I get the screen with the Memory Card, and then it tells me to insert a Playstation or Playstation 2 format disc. What the hell's wrong ? I've tried 5 or 6 times, but all with the same result. Does it have to be fixed or patched,.. If so, wont you please bring me the link ? I hope someone knows how to solve this out,..

right http://www.swapmagicfix.com... highlights a problem with it, try using dvdloader option NO PN if that doesnt work try rebuilding the .iso image with cddvdgen.

Excuse me for being one hell of an nOOb. :) But doesn't CdDvdGen require the original disc ? The thing is that I rented this game and allso delivered it back, so the only thing I got to work with is the .ISO and the .MDS file ! I have never tried rebuilding anything only patching, so won't you please give me a little instruction ? I've been searching the web for patches but the only patch I found were the one on swapmagicfix and that's for multiplayer, which I really don't care about right now. I have tried many different methods like putting it thrugh an NTSC to PAL converter, but ain't that only nessecary if the game appears in black and white. It really don't matters 'caus that did not work eather. My PStwo won't accept the backup at all. What to do, what to do,..

I had the same problem with ghost recon 2, I had swap magic 3.3, so I decided to go ahead and update to 3.6 and it worked then.
