Hi i downloaded a NTSC DVD and was wondering if i am able to convert the NTSC DVD to a PAL.
Any help will be appreciated.

ntsc dvd as in vob/ifo/bup yes? or avi or mpeg2?

the easiest app i know is avi2dvd, but its beta and buggy! so hit and miss really, but the app is very very very good when it come out ok.

i got it to work from dvd to dvd (only does main movie only)

the app is free...

nero visionexpress will do it too!!! (not just nero or express!) its visionexpress NVE3, package 2 from website

I've read in these forums that you can also achieve this using VobBlanker and its free. Do a search, instructions for doing it were included in the thread.
