Let's get this started and end it as soon as possible without having all kinds off ppl posting all over the forums to resolve this issue. I do not know if it is every White Noise DVD, but I do know that if you are using DVDSHRINK and when you go to backup all you get is the red screen that has some words about digital something or another I have already forgotten, but anyway it seems to be doing a never ending loop and doesnt get pass 3 or 4 %. If you are having this problem use the latest version of DVD DECRYPTER and then use DVD SHRINK to solve your problem. I am not sure but you should be able to just use re-author to get pass the red screen with the words b/c it is located in unreferenced material as title menus. Hope this helps someone!

well i'm glad i won't have that problem, there will be threads all over the place. i paid $8.00 to see this movie, it sucked.......


it's hard these days to find a really good movie.
they just don't makeum...... like they used to.

Had no problem backing up White Noise. I noticed the red screen with the digital logo in unreferenced material. It repeats several times but I had no problem. Try reducing it to still image and try again.

Red screen from "digital studios something" looped enough to push it over DVD disc capacity (4.7GB). Probably what it's supposed to do. Cannot seem to remove and replace with still image. I noticed the boy jumping again (Universal) but that failed to work with AnyDVD working in the background...Will try with DVDDecrypter....just will take longer.....oh well.....

All i did was main movie only using DVD Shrink and Nero. I opened up the unreferenced folder and set them to still image and whipped right through it. I no longer have AnyDVD.

I had the exact same problem when I was trying to burn my copy. What you are going to have to do is decrypt the DVD using DVD Decrypter then go into DVD Shrink and just compress the file as you normally would but do so from your hard drive. After that you should not have any problems. Good luck!

Universal must found a new way to protect their disk from people making back-ups because I have tried the methods suggested by the other user in this forum (ie. Decrypter/Shrink combo) but none of it seems to work. It always comes back to the same error about back sectors at about 32% into the decoding process. I am glad the rest of you are having better luck than I am.

i think you might have a bad pressed original light43, i did this movie from my original in full using only shrink w/ AnyDVD in the background (for encryption).

try getting your copy exchanged at the store you purchased it from, bad pressings are much more common nowadays from the factories. good luck
