Newark Ca began offering DVR recently. I picked up the box myself and performed the simple installation. After the signal send and download it seemed to be working fine. Then I encountered frequent reboots, particularly when keystroke functions like Guide, Menu, Pg Dn, etc.

I'm now on my 3rd box with the same issues. Tech support has had me connect my power directly to the wall, change the coax cable, check the unit temperature, re-sent a signal multiple times, change the remote, navigate without the coax connected, switching to S-Video, still the same problem.

Anyone else have similar issues?
