Could be your writer/conmputer (being too slow) or your media (being too crappy).

If you're "copying on the fly" (which means you're reading the disk you want to copy from a DVD-ROM while simultaneously writing onto blank media with a DVD-writer) then stop it. You should always first rip the disk you want to copy down to your harddrive first, and then copy it from the harddrive onto new blank media. That way, if there are any read errors, you won't have any buffer under-runs or other errors.

Also, try burning at a slower speed. With junk media, this can make all the difference.

what programs are you burning with? If you are using dvd+r then you might need to booktype the discs to be more compatible with you dvd players.

peace

Sounds like low quality or crap media to me. Perhaps, you might want to consider some of the highly recommended media such as Fuji, Verbatim, TY, Maxell, Sony and TDK. Make sure it says "made in Japan or Singapore."

WARNING: Do not "update/upgrade" your SAMSUNG BD-D5XXX series (Bluray Player), or else you cant enjoy any of your movie files.
