I need a step by step process that can help me use the P2k thing. I downloaded it, and it keeps saying that my phone isn't connected....i am sooo confused!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!

Im getting the same problem. using Winxp. My MPT works like a charm, yet i cannot get P2Kman to work. Help would be awesome.

Same problem here. Any info please PM me ASAP. I dont think my drivers are installed, I don't know if I have the right software, the bible is not much help to me...

Please help me. I have 3 v180 motorollas. 2 work fine. 1 has no sound or wallpaper or any kind of pics. The folders dont even show up on p2kman. Is there anyway to take them from 1 phone to the other?

I have a V220 and I have MPT working great. I can put my own ringers on, take my pictures off that I've taken with the phone, etc. I would now like to raise the volume of the earpiece and the ringer (and maybe take the pix off that came with the phone). I understand that I need p2kman to make it work. When it comes up, it says that my phone is not connected. I have the phone hooked up with the cable and MPT recognizes it, but p2kman doesn't work with it. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there something I'm supposed to do in Hardware Manager? I've read the motorola hacker's bible and still don't know what to do. Thanks in advance!
