Yeah well I messed up when trying to swtich dashboards on my version 1.1 softmod xbox. I already know what I did wrong. What I need help with is fixing the end result. My 200g Maxtor HD, brand new (about 2 days off the shelf) does not seem to work anymore. When placed in the xbox the xbox freezes at the loading, no flashing lights nothing. When i put it into the computer it is not detected. What can I do to fix this problem. All i need to know is a way to make it so I can format the HD and start over. The original xbox HD is working fine.

get slayers or firefuckers and boot to the disk and there's options on that disk that will let you reformat.
