DVD-R Double layer, anything of it?

is there such a thing as a double layer DVD-R blank media? id so can i buy it at a store instead of online? is there even such a thing as DVD-R becuase all my ps2 plays is -R dvds. and i want to burn gran turismo 4.

Yes there is such thing as DVD-R DL and DVD-R Blank media, they are available everywhere. Your Local computer shop will have some, and for DVD-R DL make sure your dvd-burner is capable of burning dual-layer discs

i have seen plenty of dvd+r dl but i havent seen much of the dvd-r dl
my ps2 only takes dvd-r dvds, do you know if i can get those in verbatim form? i also heard fuji is good, if you cant find verbatims ill take the fuji.
