NTSC to Pal Using Nero?

I searched alot about this topic 'ntsc to pal' and found some answer. I just wanna ask izit possible to use nero vision express to convert NTSC file into Pal format instead of using tmpgenc and dvd2svcd?

Yes it is. From the NVE Express screen, select "More"then select "Video Options". Then from the General tab select the correct video mode.

hi there

as fasfrank says but i personally wouldnt recommend the quailty output (even on 2 passes)

i find if for AVI files that film machine or avi2dvd yield excellant quality (both apps free....)
