I have a scratch on my disc and at the beginning of the movie "Poltergiest" it freezes and then i have to skip to the next chapter and miss about 10or20 mins of the film.

I tryd to back-up the dvd using dvd shrink and decrypter and it failed.

Now i am stuck, does anyone here know a programe i can use that repairs the vob file or can repair the dvd?.

I tryd all kinds of scratch removes and they dont even work.

Please help! thanks

i think its a dead job!!!

you could use DVD Decrypter on ignore read errors so it will skip it and then it will play without human intervention maybe?
