V1.3 and XBIT hell

OK. I need some help someone please. This is my problem, I have my V1.3 with an XBit chip in it and after installing everything. I flashed the chip and put x2.4983 bios on it and when I hook it all up, the eject button just flashes green and red, then it will turn off after about 25 seconds and then turn on 2 more times and stay flashing green and red. So if anyone has had this problem or if anyone has any advice at all I would greatly appreciate it.
