Try using the guides tab or search box at the top of this page.

You need to "author" the file in DVD compliant format.
Easy to use and free and recommended by lots of users
here is VSO divxtodvd.

Someone here has written a great guide...search should
yield it.

The third tab above "Guides" will answer most of the rest.

well for starters you probably would not of asked this question as you would probably already know the answer by using the search function

2ndly; i checked your last few posts using siad search function, and although i didnt find a question on mpg conversion i did find a couple of similar posts on CRC issues:

OK here's a 'free' way to do it. :)

Download only the free conversion tool from the VSO DVXToDvd site,
Convert your various AVI files, in order, [makes life easier] but don't worry if you make a mistake.

By default this program sets up a dvxtodvd folder in your My Documents folder.
Access your dvxtodvd folder with DVDshrink in re-author mode, select the former AVI files, check the order. and burn.

http://www.dvdshrink.info/index.php interactive guide.

I'm not really a cheapskate, but there's so much free stuff out there, and so much rubbish being sold. :)

enjoy your burning,

gringle

That's about half a normal DVD without compression. Use a shrink/nero combination and you'll have no problems. for some really great guides about using shrink.
