IS there a way i can increase video quality? What i mean is i have a video and quality isnt too good and i wanna know if theres a way to make the video more clear. any help is appreciated.

is this a homemade movie (camcorder?)? If not, is it a burned copy? What program did you use to compress it?

Dont think so bro like the rule says garbage in garbage out meaning if your source is bad it will not get much better.
