Im getting fine scratches on my discs from my storage binders on my ps2 games. is this a big deal?

how do you store your discs?

I store mine in cases, You can buy the mini cases (only half the thickness of a regular CD case), they are light weight and cheap. But work just fine. then just write the game name on the disc with a sharpie marker which you can see through the case and there is no need for covers.

im not getting any scratches on my dvds from my storage binder, maybe you might wanna get a new one or one with a softer side thatll touch the data side of the dvd

discs will always get light scratches no matter how they're stored

ive got all mine in dvd cases with the printed gamecovers also which can be found at http://www.cdcovers.cc/covers.php

my current binder is a case logic and its very soft. works great for cd-r.. dvd-r seems to get the small fine scratches easyer.

I think im going to try jewel cases only thing is im going to have to re-burn 300+ discs :(

There must be a way to prevent all scratches.
