Hi All-

I'm definitely a newbie when it comes to ripping, but have learned quite a bit off this site. Thanks for all of the great tutorials :)
Now, I d/l'ed a movie off the net, then used DVD Shrink & DVDdecrypter to rip & burn. I'm getting fairly bad screen pixelation & wondered if that is normal, do I need some tweaking, or have I missed a crucial step altogether? Any assistance is much appreciated.

How do you know your source isn't the cause of your pixelation? Watch it on your computer before burning to rule it out

Thanks so much for your answers. If I watch the movie on my computer at a fairly small size, it looks fine. Once I make the size larger, the pixelation is very apparent. Is that just the chance you take when d/l'ing movies?

There's nothing you can do if the source is poor. You get what you pay for I guess :)
