Hi,

I would be most grateful if someone could advise me. I am currently running Nero OEM Suite 1. Please could someone advise as to how I launch this software in 'classic mode' in order that I can burn my Video TS folder to DVD-R [as per the instructions given on this site].

Secondly is it possible to burn a folder to DVD-R using DVD Shrink? Is it just a compression tool or will it also burn?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,

Si...

Yes DVD shrink gives the option to burn your DVD'S directly from the program, when it says destination change it so it will directly burn the DVDS. I hope it helped

PS: I think this topic should be posted in the DVD-R newbie forum.

If you are using the Nero OEM Suite that came with your burner, there is a good chance it doesn't come with the burning rom. I have heard of people who have the suite say it came with the burning rom, but I think you might have to buy the real version in order to burn dvd's. Hope you're one of the lucky ones.

OEM should have burning rom. It will not have the dvd plug in though. So if you use Vision Express you will not be able to make dvds. I'm also not sure about Recode2 in the OEM version.
