Verbatim datalifeplus DVD+R problem with NERO

Hi people
When I am burning using Verbatim datalifeplus DVD+R (43274 with NERO the burning completion is 100% successful but when it verifing if the data has been sucessful written to the DVD+R it reaches 95% and the give all these error bata data whole list of adrress. I am trying to backup my PS2/DVD movie. I thought that these type of disk are good. I am using NEC 2500A any idea

Hi there,

At what speed are you burning your media ?

Tryed one at a lower speed (2x or 4x) and see if this helps ?

Media Quality and burning speed makes all the difference in the world !

I was burning at 2.4 i noticed it was made in taiwan i read about that bad media disk are made in taiwan

@johnzee - post your Nero log from c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log. edit out your serial number which begins with '1A21' or similar. All burns good & bad are appended to the log.
