Hi, latetly my dvd shrink has been having problems for some reason> After I have inserted my disc and done everything that i need to do to cut it down, i go to click on 'Backup' and the whole program shuts down and it doesn't come up with the window where it converts and just returns me to my desktop.
Any ideas of what is wrong with it? I have tried to reinstall it but continues to do the same problem, can anyone help me fix this problem.

Hey, I'ved had this problem quite a bunch of times. It always happens when either the disk is extrememly scratched and gunked up, or the decryption is too strong for it. (Usually the scratched up part)
Anyways,
First clean your disk somehow.
Secondly, run dvd Decryption on it, since it is very aggresive in reading disks. Then open up DVD Shrink and open the decrypted file.
