DVD Decrypter is still writing it though and its at 80% but all the way through my log it just says write error failed to write sectors ....... and then underneath that it says retrying(1 of 20) and then underneath that it says writing image! I am gonna wait to see what happens when it gets to 100% and then decide what i am going to do!

For one you have the split option set to Auto, change this to None doesn't apply for right now.It will help you out later on though with DVD-9 games or movies.Test mode is not needed either it is optional, but I never use it.The sectors of the .iso you are trying to burn are not recognizable. You have a bad ISO file, either you made the ISO file wrong or it is copy protected which needs to be fixed.

By the way what are you trying to burn, most of the time applying patches works best with .bin files or .gi files global images.I wouldn't say ISO files are the best to use for applying patches, the program ppf-o-matic is mainly set for .bin and .gi files.Iso files can be used to apply patches, but you are better off using a .bin and .cue file or a .gi file.

Hursty Is 100% correct.
(And must have the patience of Job)
His patched .iso and .mds are not the same.

the .iso is C:\WE8LE.ISO
Quote:
Cannot open file: C:/DVDIMAGE.ISO
Reason: The system cannot find the file specified
Thats because its named different.
rename we8le.iso to dvdimage.iso and place it in the same folder as the .mds (Then you can use the .mds file)

And you are in the wrong mode.
Quote:
23 Note: For non DVD-Video discs, use 'ISO Read' mode.
Because your burning you need iso mode write.
And better media for sure,
cheap media will not work,

Always the .MDS file to WRITE. However, if you happened to choose the ISO file, then Write -- DVD Decrypter still pick the right file (MDS) for you anyways, at least that's what DVD Decrypter is doing to me when I first backed up my very first PS2 game. And one last note, if you value your game then please get some high quality media such as Fuji/TY, Verbatim, Maxell, Sony, TDK and make sure it says; "MADE IN JAPAN or SINGAPORE."
