I'm trying to get my avi media on to DVD and have followed guide...(AVIcodec,TMPGEnc etc). Get to the crucial bit of converting the AVI to MPEG-2 and I get error message "Can't load P3Package.dll". What am I doing wrong?

try useing divxtodvd or film machine or avi2dvd all apps free...

film machine will burn with nero, it does the lot

divxtodvd will make vob/ifo/bup files to burn, useing nero say?

avi2dvd will make an iso you can burn, with dvd decrypter say?

Is the error code you received the one below:
"TMPGEnc says Cannot load P3Package"

hi

sorry, the film machine will take your AVI (s) and go from AVI to mpeg2 to dvd format in 1 app (if you have Nero loaded it will burn to dvdr aswell on auto - useing Nero burn engine)

load avi's and a dvdr in dvd drive and walk away, come back play the film...

divxtodvd will do the lot too, but doesnt burn to dvdr!

film machine does the lot to but doesnt burn to dvdr, it can make the dvd files an iso if you wish (iso - DVD Decrypter burns these to dvdr)

dvd decrypter is a free app to

i use film machine and avvi2dvd = very good quailty indeed!!!
