dvd shrink or dvd decrypter give error codes.

I had a problem with DVD Shrink. I used dvd decryptor with any dvd running in the back ground with no problem to pull pull the movie then i used DVD Shrink and did the movie only , althought i did get a black screen for the first 10sec of the movie during playback so i used dvd author to cut the black screen out and now all is good. I would say dvd decryptor should be able to do this on its own, make sure you are running the newest version and if that doesnt work ma go download the trail version of AnyDVD. What error codes did you get.

Just ripped this. Did you use the latest version of DVD Decrypter? I used the newest version (just put the drive in a new computer) and it got around the errors without any problems.
