Hi teflonmyk

I'm sure its just that there are a few extra scenes in the different titles but the difference in size can be many hundreds of Mbytes thus making choice on which one to backup hard if your looking for the best quality dvd reproduction.

Title 1 is usually the "main movie". The rest of the titles are usually extras, trailers, "making of" documentaries, etc.

Sometimes title 1 will be the widescreen version of the "main movie" and title 2 will be the fullscreen version of the "main movie"

It depends on the DVD.

would the 2 titles be in the same folder on the dvd? and would they have a separate vobset? or 500meg widescreen and 500meg full screen in the same VOB?
