the only thing that springs to mind with green screen is when you play a movie on a PS2 without first using a region-swap disc, or having the wrong cable, again for a PS2. sorry!

edit- unless it's less than good quality media ??

I am not sure about a whole green screen, but green blocks on your picture, usually signal you standalone does not like your media, or your burn speed.

If you are using Shrink, you could try inserting a still image where it states unreferenced material.

i used AnyDVD and CloneDVD 2, i copied it with the setting on straight to main title, it copied ok. but playback the screen turned green and went off, i then used shrink and re - authoured, it worked fine, i went round the forums and there was a supject saying it was called ( a man in green shorts ) and every thing they said happened to mine, i was just wondering how to find out its on the disc before i copy it cos then it is not a waste of time and disc....

the 'running man in the shorts' is a clue that it's arccos protection if i recall. Don't kick me if i'm wrong as the couple times i got caught out by new protections i used decrypter (this was during the last couple updates of decrypter), so still haven't needed AnyDVD, hence don't pay attention too much to these useless protections.
