I have copied few movies from originals, I used DVD decrypter(older version) and DVD shrink and everything went ok, but they do not play on PS2.PS2 has been modified with chip and it can play copied DVD-s and CD-s. I didn`t have similar problems with other copied DVD-s.Those movies can be played on PC and I can watch them normaly. I tried to decrypt them again (this time with newest version of DVD decrypter) but it frieses, the same happened with DVD shrink. DVD decrypter signals to me: "Failed to read Sector ...- Copy Protection Key Exchange Failure - Authentication Failure"
Does someone knows the reason why is it happening and how could I solve it? Is it some sort of protection, why does not DVD decrypter and DVD shrink removes that? Do I need some other programs to solve it, if I need those programs where could I find them?

Well those errors you are getting in DVD Decryptor are Probably caused from errors on the Disk from Bad Media.....

Have you Maybe thought of Spending the $30 and getting a Real DVD Player?? as I have heard of Many poeple haveing Problems Playing Burnt DVD"s on your PS2 Systems so It seems to me that it would be Much Less Trouble to Just use a real DVD Player...

Other than That all I can suggest is to try different DVD Media and Maybe trying to burn them at a Lower speed.....

P-4 2.6ghz (Overclocked to 3.2ghz)
Abit IS7
1gb Dual Chanell DDR 400mhz
Zalman CNPS7000-CU Cooler(Modded with 50cfm Fan)
XFX Gforce 6600GT 128mb GDDR3 (500/1000)
Pinnacle DV500 ADVC Editing Card
RaidMax Scorpio ATX Case + 5 Led

I think that media is ok,and I always burn them on lowest speed. I noticed that those movies are all made by Paramount pictures. Is it posiblly that that company protectes movies with some sort of special protection which DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink can not remove and because of that protection they can not be good quality copied? Thank you.

No , That is not possible because if it was the dvd wouldnt be able to be ripped...and if your PC can Play them then your DVD Player should be able to play them....
