Is DVD43free a good decrypter? I am thinking about purchasing 1 click dvd copy and using DVD43free in the background. Any suggestions or comments? Thanks

I wouldn't spend money on 1Click. Have you tried DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink? Both are free and have better quality than 1Click. But if you must spend money check out DVD Clone2 and Intervideo DVD Copy3

Will DVD Shrink compress a 9 gig disc to one disc and will it allow you to split onto two discs? Does it copy episodic dvds? Thanks

hi allmanbro, i have 1click dvd, it is a ok progy, i use it a lot when there is not too much compression to apply on a movie, usually up to 15%( just my opinion). i just don't see the difference in quality between 1click and the others "better" programs, again at about 15% compression max. just use main movie only mode, kill the audios and subtitles you don't want/need and you will have a nice copy. something else i do is, i use decrypter to rip the movie to hard drive first, then i use 1click to do the rest. 1click comes together with one of the best burning programs outthere; copy to dvd, it is free when you buy 1click. i have shrink, recode2, intervideo copy 3 and DVD2One which are all better than 1click but i still use it in low compression, because it is fast and easy to use. now having said all that, if you have $59(cost of 1click) to spend, i'd recomend to buy DVD2One, it is one of the best and cost about the same as 1click dvd. see you

Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

If you are thinking of purchasing any programs, then purchase AnyDVD and CloneDVD2. Clone allows you to split to two disks and keep the menus intact, which is great for episodic disks. DVDShrink will not allow this, plus AnyDVD will work with other burning programs. If you want free then use DVDShrink and DVDDecrypter they are still a great combination. CopytoDVD is an excellent burning program and I use it with AnyDVD, but I would not purchase 1Click there are better programs. My two cents :~)
