i just put all of my bitcomet onto a external hd now when i start dl programs on bitcomet the dl speed is either 1 or 0 kps is this because of my transfer of it to a external hd or does it have nothing to do with that...before transfer i was getting around 20 kps for the dl speed

What kind of HD, what type of PC, what type of connection between the 2??
