When making backup DVDs of my PS2 games, do I have to use R- (R MIMUS) blank DVDs, or would R+ (R PLUS) work as well?

both work. People say that + has a hard time loading on earlier versions but i have a ver.2 and it works fine.

i use dvd + r on a version 7, works well for me

its all down trial and error, buy a small pack of dvds and try them, if they work stick with them
