Hey guys, what kind of chip is this?

I'm installing it into a 1.0 and I have a flasher. I recognize the flash chip to be a 256k, but I need to know what kind of bios (probably m7) and where I can get the flash software. Thanks a bunch guys for any help you can give!

if your looking for m7 bios you will find it on slayers evox auto installer 2.5.... its the m7ej version..... there is also an option on the software to flash bios.... just create an xiso cd and boot from it.... select the appropriate options and your away
