Can someone please tell me a place where i can get a good ps2 emulator and how to make it work. Is there a way to play games using the images from dvd decrypter? Thx in Advance!

No.
You need a mod-chip or swap magic disks to play copied games
on your ps2.

There are currently no working ps2 emulators.
