i was just in the shareaza network and downloaded swapmagic3 iso and you know didnt have nothing to do so i tryed it in pcsx2 0.7 and it works
i can press the buttons and it works like the ps2 version so what im jabbering about is that the ps2 games have a special codec and the swapmagic dont. so we need to find out how to crack it. any help

so what your saying is the copy you downloaded works like the original Swap magic discs?

I was told that is not possible

There is no way that a download of swapmagic will ever work in a ps2.

yeah, a pressed disk. that is why everyone has to by them or Swap Magic would just stop selling, which it hasn't.

im talking about emulation you know PCSX2 0.7
im saying this cause no game can load on pcsx2 or on any other emulator

If you wanted to boot it up then you would need a pressed original version of Swap Magic, or a modchip.

It's common sense, lol.

aint happening buddy

if it is then id like a pic of it please, perhaps a video so i can see it for myself?

we wouldnt all be spending money on swap magic now if we didnt have too...

PS2 games are actually pressed DVD/CD discs, they are not burned. PS2 games use the Burst Cutting Area (BCA) of the disc to identify themselves to the PS2 unit.

The BCA is not part of a disc that you can burn on, it is only replicated on pressed discs.
