maybe lift stuff, but i guarantee that with all that mass, he's gonna move slow. plus, he'll ruin his knees quickly and maybe do some spinal damage. it's better to be lean, fast, and smart than bulky, slow, and maybe steroid-brain-damaged.
if he were to, say, fight a lean, fast guy that knew a thing about the body's weak spots and pressure points, the lean guy would win because he'd be fast enough to stay out of those hulking arms (no mass to slow him down), but strong enough to hit a pressure point with the necessary force to disable mr. bulk. "all things in moderation." that comes to mind here.

My son-in-law who is a chemist, and also a bodybuilder does have lots of hurts, and yes his knees are pretty messed. Mostly from sports related injuries, but he does move fast enough and is huge. The only thing with bodybuilding is you have to do it at least three times a week to maintain the mass. As for the use of steroids, if you want a male form of birth control that is your ticket :~)
