have tried two new movies of trial to hope rose keep getting a Cycle Redundency Check in dvd shrink each disk in a different spot one disk analysing the other decoding using decriptor get error on bth allso in different spots anything i can doto solve problem have tried ignore error no help any ideas what to do thanks

Unfortunately, 99% of CRC errors are media related. You could try cleaning this disk, but you will probably have to take it back and get another original :~o
