true parenting and proper training equals a better driver, and I'm sure you all are good drivers, I'm not accusing you all of driving reckless, I'm just comparing the way my friends and I were back then as compared to now, our mid-20s. I do beleive that the overall traffic accidents nation wide would definately go down if the driving age was 18.

In Chester it is still legal to shoot a welshman with a bow and arrow if he is found within the city walls after midnight !!!!
