winavi 6.3 audio problems

Hi i'm a newbie, and my english isn't the best. Well i read some post and some guides that you offer in this site. Well i follow all the instructions, step by step, but i still have the same problem, audio (with winavi v6.3.)
The video is fine but when i try to play it in bsplayer, or nero showtime or wmp or winamp or other programs there's no audio (i have cole2kmedia codec pack). I use TMPGENc to convert avi to dvd and works fine but it take me about 6 hours only 25 minutes (in this case is an anime of 25.00 minutes) so i would try with winavi and make the samework with the same anime in only 30 minutes, but my problem still there: audio
why you think that can solve this problem ? plz help !!!!!!!
