I bought the dvd xcopy and had problems, every time I go to use it it says can not load your drive information please run drive selector application, where do I find this drive selector? any help would be appreciated. thank you

open your program files folder and go to your dvdxcopy folder .In there you will find the drive select icon. double clic the icon and it will select the drive that your movie is on.
