I am not sure what model number my burner is cause im at school, but it is made by lite-on, is dual layer support, and is internal. When i load DVD Decryptor it says the supported burning speeds are 4X 8X and 16X. I think it is a SOHW - 1633S. Anyways, i use verbatim discs which will burn at any speed, suppositly, up to 16X. I was wondering if i burned at 2X will the disc burn, or is that speed to low for my burner to support?

Your burner doesnt support that speed so it cant be done no matter what disk you use. Hope this helps.
