Is there a get around to boot games without the need to use Swap Disc Magic. I understand that you have to actually swap the disc, but does one have to buy Swap Magic Disc to actually swap games and play them?

Better yet I understand that using the Memory Card Exploit that I can only play backed up games that are CD-R? But to play DVD-R I need Swap Disc? I read this tutorial and that what it seems to state: http://www.swapmagicfix.com/exploit.html

The memory card exploit (cogswaploader) can play backup DVD games if you do a TOC refresh with a dvd game.

ive heard some say that v12 exploit wont work. but i been told that the 70011 modle will do it.

any one know?

I dont no about that certain model but I dont think the exploit works on the slims.The whole reason it works is it uses a flaw in the ps1 driver and on the slims that is said to have been fixed.
