I was just curious as to if the Swap Magic 3.6 version is able to function using the tissue ball method as described here working for 3.3:

http://66.102.7.104/search?q=cache:8J7EtmLtwpAJ:www.saveware.com/...

The reason I ask is because ever since 3.6 was released, sites with the tissue ball method seemed to dissapear and people seemed to sell "tools" to take the place of the tissue ball and other items.

Anyways, my plan is to buy Swap Magic 3.6 from modchip.ca. I guess my questions are:

Is modchip.ca a good place to buy these things?
If not, what would be a good site for these kinds of things in USA?
If I buy Swap Magic 3.6, will the tissue ball method work?
If not, what extra item or tools will I need to buy from modchip.ca, or any recommendable reseller?

If anybody could provide some advice, it would be greatly appreciated. My thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure that it should work (based on what I have read about it) but it might be safer to do the tape mod, and use the warranty seal as a hinge, and it takes about 2 minutes of your time.

What, may I ask, is the tape mod? Is there any webpage with a description that shows how to do it?

Any does anybody have any experience with modchip.ca, and could let me know if they are a good reseller or not?
